Join the BADA Staff, Alumni and Guest Artists for a FUN kick-off and get back in shape for Fall classes!

August 9-12               5:00-8:00

Classes include Ballet, Jazz, Modern, Tap, Contemporary, Hip-Hop, Lyrical, Musical Theater and MORE! Dancers will be grouped in “age appropriate” classes. Back to Dance Boot Camp will provide your dancer with an educational, inspiring and FUN dance experience in a supportive, non-competitive environment. Boot Camp will start the new dance year off with a feeling of energy, enthusiasm and fun. We are excited to bring you this action-packed week!

Emma is the daughter of Carol and Ron Smith and has been dancing at BADA since pre-school.  She will be performing the role of Wendy in this Spring’s ballet, “Peter Pan.”

The Teaching Fellows Program has quickly become one of the most prestigious awards in North Carolina.  The average profile of a Teaching Fellow includes an SAT score over 1100, a high school GPA of 4.0 or more on a weighted scale, and a rank in the top 10% of his/her high school graduating class.  The Teaching Fellows Program provides a $6,500 per year scholarship for four years to 500 outstanding North Carolina high school seniors.  Upon acceptance of the scholarship, the student agrees to teach for four years following graduation from college in one of North Carolina’s public schools or United States Government schools in North Carolina.
