REGISTRATION

• $30 Non-Refundable Registration Fee
• August Tuition
• Non-Refundable May Tuition

TUITION

• Due on the 1st of the month by:
  Calling in credit card information during business hours
  Dropping into payment box inside lobby near front entrance
  In person in the Office during business hours
  Mail to BADA:  3382 S. Church St., Burlington, NC  27215
• $20.00 Late Fee added to your account on the 11th
• $30 Returned Check Fee
• Monthly Statements will be in BADA mailboxes the last week of each month.
• All accounts must be paid in full no later than May 11th, 2010.

COSTUMES

• $55 per costume non-refundable Deposit - Due November 1, 2010
• Costume Balance - Due February 1, 2011

PERFORMANCE

• $25 Fee per dancer participating in either ONLY the BADA Performance OR ONLY the Spring Ballet - Due April 1, 2011
• $35 Fee per dancer participating in BOTH the BADA Performance AND the Spring Ballet - Due April 1, 2011

DROPPED CLASSES

• All dropped classes MUST be submitted in writing BEFORE the first class of the month or you will be responsible for the entire month’s tuition.
• Anyone dropping a class after December 13, 2010 will still be responsible for the Costume Balance (amount owed after the $55  Costume Deposit).  Costumes for dropped classes that have been paid in full may be picked up after performance during Summer business hours.
